The name 'Centr' was chosen with intention. Rooted in the Latin word 'centr,' which appears in terms like 'centrifugal,' it symbolizes our belief that true growth begins from within and radiates outward. By helping entrepreneurs focus on what truly matters, we empower them to thrive, creating positive ripple effects that reach families, communities, and beyond.

Founder and CEO

With over 15 years of experience running multiple multi-million dollar companies, she has helped thousands of businesses—from startups to Fortune 500s—build sustainable operations that allow entrepreneurs to focus on their purpose. As a sought-after speaker and author, Mia inspires entrepreneurs worldwide. Outside of business, she enjoys a preservative-free lifestyle, biking, and exploring the Boise mountains in Idaho with her husband and seven children.
Tara Clark
Director of Operations
Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Healthcare Administration and Professional Writing. Tara has been with The Centr since 2017, where she thrives at connecting people to the right opportunities and fostering teamwork. Tara is passionate about the innovative spirit that The Centr supports and loves helping entrepreneurs cut through the noise to focus on what matters most.

With over 18 years of experience in multi-media design, Cristiane brings creative visions to life. Born in Brazil and raised in Florida, she values love, family, faith, and friendship. Since joining The Centr in 2018, she has led projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and partners to deliver high-quality results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones.
